Central London Samaritans, based in the heart of London, is the founding branch of the wider Samaritans organisation. We are an independent charity and wholly responsible for our own operational and fundraising activities.

Our volunteers provide confidential, non-judgemental, emotional support to anyone who is struggling to cope for whatever reason. We're here to listen round the clock every hour of every day and have provided this support without interruption since opening in 1953 at St Stephen Walbrook.
