Cold-water dipping is a challenge — but it’s also a symbol of courage, connection and care. By taking part with a warm heart, you’ll be helping Tamworth Samaritans continue to be there for anyone struggling to cope.

💚 How it works

• Enter the water during the supervised dip
• Stay in for as long as you feel comfortable
• Ask sponsors to donate per minute in the water or give a fixed amount

✅ Who can take part

• Aged 18+
• Confident swimmer
• Attend mandatory safety briefing
• Follow lifeguard instructions at all times

⚠️ Safety first

This is a cold-water event. All participants take part at their own risk and must sign a waiver. Qualified lifeguards will be present.
