Join us and walk 5k this world suicide prevention day at 6am at Inverleith Park, Edinburgh, EH3 5QD on Sunday 10 September. Please arrive by 5:45 as the walk will start at 6am. Please see full event details here .

Unable to make that date? No Problem! You can take part virtually anywhere in the world on a day of your choice from Sunday 10 September to 31 October 2023. Walk 5k together with a family member, friend or with a group, in solidarity with those who are struggling to cope.

There is no registration fee or minimum fundraising target. Raise what you can and help us be there for anyone who needs us. 💚
