My Story
I'm planning to cycle the Traws Eryri (Trans Snowdonia) off-road trail from Machynlleth to Conwy over 4 days at the end of April. It is 120 miles long with over 14,000 ft of ascent (200 km long with over 4400 m of ascent).
This will be quite a challenge!
I'm hoping to raise much-needed funds to help support Aberystwyth Samaritans where I volunteer each week. As part of Samaritans nationally, we provide emotional support to people facing many challenges and experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those which may lead to suicide.
I plan to set off on Monday 29 April. I will post updates below on my training and progress on the ride.
