My Story

Maggie was a Samaritans listening volunteer for 16 years and was passionate about supporting others in their time of need. She was a member of Bury Branch Leadership Team for 12 of those years and organised fundraising; delivered outreach support; interviewed, trained and mentored new volunteers; and presented information and support sessions in local schools. 

Maggie's family would like to honour her memory by raising much needed funds to support this vital work undertaken by the dedicated volunteers at Bury Samaritans.
