Now more than ever, it’s vital that we talk, listen, and show kindness. We never truly know what someone else may be going through behind closed doors.

Please join me in fundraising for Chesterfield Samaritans, a charity extremely close to my heart. Over 10 years ago, I lost my dear friend Emily Turnbull to suicide. Losing a best friend at 16 is something that stays with you forever—especially when that person was the kind who lit up every room with her humour and presence.

Since losing Emily in 2015, mental health awareness has been something incredibly close to our hearts. Her loss showed us that mental health does not discriminate, and that understanding, compassion, and support can truly save lives.
